Discover the buzz at Roma Street Parkland and uncover the fascinating world of bees with a guided tour beekeeping experience hosted by Bee One Third. On Sunday 13 April at 10am, explore the vital role these incredible creatures play in our ecosystem and get hands-on with the art of beekeeping.

Hive to Hands: Beeswax Craft Workshop
Sunday 4 May

Get ready to bee captivated by a one-of-a-kind experience on Sunday 4 May. From 10am, be led by Bee One Third, a local business dedicated to sustainable beekeeping, to create your own beeswax wraps and beeswax candle to take home. While you craft, enjoy a relaxing tea or coffee, making it the perfect time to connect with others and unwind in the serene parkland.

Tickets are $27 per person ($22 per concession) and includes tea and coffee to keep you refreshed plus two handmade beeswax wraps, a handmade beeswax candle, and a vial of honey to take home. Book now via Oztix.com.au

Self-Guided Tours

If you’re an independent explorer or you simply want some flexibility around your visiting times, why not take yourself on a self-guided tour of Roma Street Parkland?

Head to the Information Booth at The Hub and collect a special self-guided map which will take you on a journey around the parkland showcasing what is in flower.

Guided Tours

Visitors can select from FREE themed guided tours including Spectacle Garden in Colin Campbell Place, overall Roma Street Parkland, and Bush Tucker and the Rainforest.

Make a Booking

Group Bookings

Roma Street Parkland’s knowledgeable volunteer guides can also be booked for private group tours. Groups can reserve Celebration Vista, our group meeting point fitted with a kitchenette, picnic tables and seating to enjoy morning or afternoon tea before or after your tour, and tour coach parking can also be arranged for the duration of your visit.
